Qualifications

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Complete bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with outside accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
