Job summary

Right at Home Rhome in Rhome, TX is hiring caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the community. You’ll be a lifeline and hero, with paid training and opportunities for growth, flexible schedules and bi-weekly paydays.

New to caregiving? PAID training is provided. We celebrate caregivers through recognition programs and a culture of trust, respect, and teamwork. Mileage reimbursement and travel time are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Support dementia and memory care needs.
• Range of motion exercises.
• Offer meaningful companionship through conversation, music, games and activities.
