Job summary

Right at Home Rhome is hiring caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities at home. You’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently with personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship.

New to caregiving? Paid training is provided. We offer flexible schedules, bi-weekly pay, and benefits for full-time staff, including health insurance and paid time off. Mileage reimbursement and travel time are also available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• CNA/HHA/PCA certification is a plus, not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with routines.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Dementia and memory care support.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Offer meaningful companionship and social engagement.

What We’re Looking For
