Right at Home Rhome is hiring caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the community. You’ll provide personal care, mobility aid, meal prep, transportation and companionship in clients’ homes.

New to caregiving? Paid training, flexible schedules, bi-weekly pay, health insurance for full-timers, and opportunities for advancement. Join a trusted, growing in-home care company with 25+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
• Clean background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus—but not required!
• New to caregiving? Paid training!

Responsibilities

• Help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently by providing personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Dementia and memory care support.

Skills

Lifting up to 50 lbs

Basic English skills

Driver’s license & auto insurance

Background check clean
