Job summary

Right at Home is hiring caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Weatherford, TX. You’ll help clients live safely, independently, and comfortably at home with compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
• Clean background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Provide mobility and transfer support.
• Give medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide dementia and memory care support.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Offer companionship through conversation, music, games and activities.
