Job summary

IKEA is seeking a full-time retail operations specialist in the United States (West Sacramento area) to strengthen product availability and stock efficiency. You will work with commercial and supply chain partners to forecast, manage product ranges, and execute promotions, ensuring smooth store and online experiences.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, proactive replenishment, and data-driven improvements to support efficient operations and profitable sales across channels.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in retail, supply chain and/or customer service.
  • Experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to use relevant IT systems, solutions, and tools.
