Job summary

Sonwil is seeking a Fulfillment Facility Manager in Depew, NY. You will lead daily fulfillment operations, oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer accounts while driving accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

The role requires several years of management experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting and a track record of process improvements, SOPs, and staff development. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or operations preferred.
• Minimum five years of management experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations.
• Experience onboarding accounts and scaling processes to support growth.
• Ability to implement SOPs for quality, safety, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily fulfillment activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Plan labor, shift coverage, and work assignments based on demand and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to reduce errors and boost productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure customer account requirements are met.
