Job summary

Marathon Electric LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound shipments, picking and packing, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will operate forklifts, load goods, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety rules.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights with a harness when required, and communicate effectively in English. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and use of Oracle ERP and RF scanners is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to learn.
• Read/write/understand English; Spanish a plus.
• 1+ year in production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound/outbound documentation and standards are met; pick/load product for delivery.
• Operate forklift and load trailers; move inventory to loading areas.
• Record materials in ERP and use RF scanners; maintain data accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory; process shipping documents; arrange carrier pickups.
• Assist with receiving and staging materials; reconcile discrepancies as needed.
