Job summary

Rue Gilt Groupe in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate for full-time work in our distribution center. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and store products, and support inventory control.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, warehouse experience preferred, and be able to work overtime including weekends. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
• Must provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work overtime, may include weekends.
• Must maintain regular attendance.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners.
• Receive, unload, and put away incoming products in the warehouse management system.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits; process customer returns.
• Operate pallet jacks and conveyors to move freight and materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area following 5S and safety policies.
• Uphold company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
