ShirtHub is seeking a dependable Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. You will pull and stock garments, fold finished goods, pack orders, and assist with shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.

The role requires organization, efficiency, and comfort in a fast-paced production environment. The position involves standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and collaborating with the team to meet daily goals in a warehouse setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or production preferred.
• Ability to follow documented SOPs and packing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Physical capability to stand, lift, and move materials during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Pull garments from inventory based on pick lists and work orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory accurately.
• Fold garments neatly and consistently to company standards.
• Pack completed orders and verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Label, stage, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist production and fulfillment teams to meet daily goals.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Maintain efficient workflow between production and shipping.
