Job summary

Acme Sample is seeking a warehouse fulfillment associate in North Carolina to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on daily work orders. You will inspect, stock, and organize inventory while supporting carton labeling and packing using carrier systems such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

The role involves light assembly or kitting, handling up to 40 lbs., and maintaining a clean, safe workspace with adherence to safety policies. Growth with a collaborative small team is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer and label-printing skills; experience with order management or shipping software a plus.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a small team to meet fulfillment goals and deadlines.
