Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of computer experience (inputting, viewing, editing data).
• At least 6 months of experience using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Certification for powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
