Job summary

Pregis in Elgin, IL is seeking a Team Lead Fulfillment to oversee Packers on multiple postproduction lines, ensure SOPs, and maintain quality and efficiency in the finishing department. The role requires hands-on guidance and steady supervision in a fast-paced environment.

This hourly position offers a base pay range of $21–$25 per hour, with overtime and shift work to meet production needs; English communication and teamwork are essential, with Spanish bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent technical school preferred.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (Spanish bilingual a plus).
• Ability to direct a team and ensure compliance with workplace policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Packers on multiple postproduction lines by monitoring performance and providing direction.
• Ensure SOPs are followed during the production process.
• Ensure correct packaging components are in place for each varying job order.
• Maintain SAP inventory integrity and correct load flags for finished goods.
• Identify defects, report non-conformities, and support shift handoffs and QA processes.
