Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team of associates in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will drive efficient fulfillment operations, coach staff, and align daily work with service and safety goals, while fostering a collaborative culture.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in supply chain, with WMS familiarity (Korber a plus). Competitive salary, annual bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
