Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a single fulfillment site, driving operations and culture. You will inspire teams, develop leaders, and ensure safe, efficient processes that meet customer needs and KPIs.

Join a role focused on optimizing inventory, reducing part breakage, and aligning with field stakeholders to deliver exceptional end-to-end fulfillment while managing P&L and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 3–5 years of leadership and supervisory experience at a single site.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software.
• Proven ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.

• Collaborate with field stakeholders to enhance processes, ensuring exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experiences that exceed quality standards.
• Oversee fulfillment site P&L, partnering with leaders to achieve financial goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.
• Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
