Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, and shipping for accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and motivate team to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Assign team to workstations and prepare daily orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Track supply and inventory levels and identify restocking needs.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and manage shipping and customs docs as needed.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and partners to address fulfillment needs.
• Troubleshoot fulfillment issues promptly.
• Promote a collaborative, hands-on environment with high standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance.
