Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. in Hackettstown, NJ is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to receive, pick, pack, and ship products while tracking inventory and operating warehouse equipment.

This role involves maintaining accuracy, following GMP-like guidelines, and supporting the team to meet order deadlines in a fast-paced production environment; weekend and flexible shifts may be required; training will cover ShipStation and SPS Commerce.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Comfort learning basic warehouse software (ShipStation, SPS Commerce).
• Ability to count, measure, and verify quantities against order sheets.
• Attention to detail to catch mismatched labels or damaged goods before shipment.
• Reliable attendance with weekend/flexible shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship items accurately for orders.
• Track inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and update systems.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and labeling.
• Support order fulfillment for DTC, wholesale, and Amazon orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow GMP guidelines.
