Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. in Hackettstown, NJ, is seeking a Receiving Associate to support daily inbound and outbound logistics at our Hackettstown facility.

You will unload, inspect, and stage deliveries, maintain documentation, and ensure inventory accuracy while adhering to GMP and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with production and inventory teams, operating forklifts, and following FIFO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stage deliveries.
• Confirm that received goods match shipping paperwork and purchase orders.
• Prepare and label outbound shipments correctly per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Inventory Teams to maintain smooth material flow.
• Operate forklifts, dock ramps, and pallet jacks as certified/trained.
• Follow GMP and warehouse safety procedures for unloading and storage.
• Maintain FIFO for materials and finished products; participate in safety inspections.
