Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required).
• High school diploma or GED preferred; six months of retail experience; six months in customer service or product fulfillment at a home improvement retailer.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
