Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage experience.
• 6 months of experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required (Forklift/Order Picker/Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks (audits, order follow-ups, locker management) and report safety/thief concerns.
• Achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
