Job summary

enGen in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an order fulfillment associate to own order flow from entry to delivery, ensuring ISO processes and contract terms are met. You will work with DPS and Manufacturing teams to drive on-time delivery and maintain SLAs.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, with 1–3 years in related fields and a basic level of computer skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in a facilities team environment.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in print services, manufacturing, mailroom or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of order fulfillment for one or several products.
• Manage order backlog after entry to ensure smooth flow through fulfillment cycle.
• Validate order configuration and coordinate with DPS and Manufacturing teams.
• Process orders in compliance with ISO processes and drive on-time delivery to customers.
• Track customer jobs and production; maintain and communicate SLAs.
• Identify and help implement enhancements to order management processes and tools.
• Partner with other functions to resolve/escalate issues delaying fulfillment.
