Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, maintaining clean, organized staging areas.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and collaborating with leadership on short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks including audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns.
• Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; may take on additional duties as needed.
