Job summary

Responsibilities include using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and collaborating with leadership to resolve issues. A forklift/order picker/Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification is required or must be obtained if not already certified.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits, follow-ups, locker management, and reporting safety or theft concerns.
• Contribute to daily goals with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
