Job summary

Qualifications

6 months of experience using a computer.
6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Powered Equipment Certification required or to be obtained if not already certified.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
6 months of experience in retail or customer fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and answering questions.
Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
Complete administrative tasks, audits, follow-ups, and locker management while reporting issues.
Perform duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
