Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Associate. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately, maintain safe staging areas, and deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right associates.

Operate powered equipment and follow all safety requirements. You will support inventory accuracy, handle audits, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks, while maintaining a customer-first approach and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned additional duties to support business needs.
