Job summary

Lowe’s Lowell is hiring for a customer‑facing fulfillment role. You’ll pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders accurately, answer customer questions, and connect customers with the right associates. You will operate certified equipment and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast‑paced store environment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a customer‑first mindset with opportunities to grow within a large retail organization.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience (entering, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required or to be obtained if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Provide excellent service by helping customers and directing to associates as needed.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
