Job summary

You will deliver great service by guiding customers and connecting them with the right associates, while keeping safety and organization at the forefront. Responsibilities include operating powered equipment safely, supporting inventory accuracy via the Orders App and SIMS, and completing audits and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment safely and with required certification.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, and partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
