Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use, including inputting and accessing information.
• 6 months using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required or obtainable).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by answering questions and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
