You will use retail technology, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates while maintaining clean staging areas and a culture of safety. The role requires certification in powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) or the ability to obtain it if not already certified; pay starts around $15.92–$16.75 per hour

Qualifications

• 6 Months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 Months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) required or to be obtained

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certified powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Conduct audits, order follow-ups, locker management and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
