Job summary

Lowe’s in Covina, CA is hiring for an order fulfillment role. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery, while maintaining safe, organized staging areas.

You will also operate powered equipment and assist with inventory accuracy, audits, and daily administrative tasks. A customer-first approach and teamwork are essential, with potential for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
