Job summary

Staffmark in Joliet, IL is hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to support fast-paced distribution operations. You will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and WMS, and you’ll operate an EPJ to move products around the warehouse.

Shifts include 1st shift and longer daytime options, with Fridays as required. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role at a safety-focused facility.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, or shipping labels is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

Select and hand-pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS.
Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to transport products.
Sort, stage, and move merchandise to shipping and staging locations.
Build pallets and wrap for shipment.
Verify order accuracy and maintain productivity and quality standards.
Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping goals.
