Job summary

Staffmark Group in Northlake, TX is hiring for a Fulfillment Specialist to pick, pack, and prepare orders in a fast-paced, highly automated warehouse. You will use RF scanners, read pick tickets, and ensure items are accurate and ready for shipment.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.


• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.


• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.


• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.


• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.


• Warehouse experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.


• Ability to perform basic math.

Job Duties

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners or manual pick sheets.


• Pack products into bags, boxes, or totes according to customer requirements.


• Load and unload trucks and move products throughout the warehouse.


• Receive, count, scan, and organize incoming inventory.


• Stock and replenish inventory in designated locations.


• Inspect returned merchandise and determine proper disposition.


• Repackage and label sellable returned merchandise.


• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.


• Complete quality checks to ensure products and shipments are accurate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.


• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.


• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.


• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Fulfillment Specialist.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.


• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
