Job summary

Ro in Romeoville is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support outbound shipping and inbound inventory. You will accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment, build boxes, and ensure timely delivery to patients.

You will also help receive inventory, operate pallet jacks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting overall workflow and daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in packing and shipping outbound orders.
• Ability to follow established SOPs and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments with boxes and packaging materials for timely dispatch.
• Assist with receipt and organization of incoming inventory as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks to move materials within the facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization.
• Communicate low stock to team leads and replenish inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areas.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols to uphold quality and productivity standards.
