You will operate powered equipment, maintain safety, support inventory accuracy, and assist customers by routing questions to the right associates.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time while keeping areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; report short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
