Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a front-line associate in the United States. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders, while maintaining safe and organized staging areas and delivering excellent service to customers.

You will operate certified powered equipment, ensure inventory accuracy, and perform administrative tasks as needed. A customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
