The Bernard Group, Inc. is hiring for a Distribution Center Production role in Shakopee, MN. This full-time position supports outbound orders, inbound replenishments, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a two-year degree or equivalent, basic inventory methods, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Expect regular weekday hours, cooperative teammates, and opportunities in a 100% employee-owned company with strong benefits.

Shifts available

Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

• a two-year degree in business management or equivalent work experience
• basic inventory management methodologies
• the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

On top of that you must:

• possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
• pay close attention to details on every project
• have basic computer skills
• be self‑motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
• complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company and Customer quality standards
• apply effective time management and self‑management skills
• understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
• be able to quickly move from one project to other while dealing with a very stressful deadline
• be flexible to change

In this position you'll:

• process outbound customer orders
• act on in‑bound finished goods that include customer replenishments and returns
• pack and stage fixtures, graphics and other materials so the customer receives the product undamaged
• manage materials of kit breakdown and inventory maintenance
• complete the shipping process based on requirements by the customer
• perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards

Compensation Range

$45,760 – $49,920 annually

*Range reflects our good‑faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
