Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Shakopee, MN. This entry-level role supports the Fulfillment Team with order picking, packing, and projects including assembly and kitting to deliver world-class products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound customer orders.
• Handle inbound finished goods, replenishments and returns.
• Pack and stage fixtures, graphics and materials for shipment.
• Manage kit breakdown materials and inventory.
• Complete shipping procedures per customer requirements.
• Perform QC to meet company standards.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This is an entry-level role that executes tasks that are assigned to the Fulfillment Team including order picking, order packing and projects including assembly and kitting items together.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

• a two-year degree in business management or equivalent work experience
• basic inventory management methodologies
• the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

On top of that you must:

• possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
• pay close attention to details on every project
• have basic computer skills
• be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
• complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company and Customer quality standards
• apply effective time management and self-management skills
• understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
• be able to quickly move from one project to other while dealing with a very stressful deadline
• be flexible to change

In this position you'll:

• process outbound customer orders
• act on in-bound finished goods that include customer replenishments and returns
• pack and stage fixtures, graphics and other materials so the customer receives the product undamaged
• manage materials of kit breakdown and inventory maintenance
• complete the shipping process based on requirements by the customer
• perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards

Compensation Range: $45,760 – $49,920 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
