Job summary

Baltic Born is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to ensure accurate daily outbound shipments and support warehouse and other departments in a high-volume environment.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, perform general warehouse duties, and help maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere. This role may also support our retail storefront as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of fulfillment, warehouse, or similar experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, scanners, shipping systems).
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow picking and packaging procedures to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Verify order accuracy using shipping software, iPads, scanners, and computers.
• Package orders with appropriate materials (boxes, poly mailers).
• Generate and apply shipping labels using the shipping system.
• Sort packages by carrier and shipping method.
• Process returned inventory and place items in correct bin locations.
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace per company standards.
• May work in the retail storefront as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist customers.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8 AM-4 PM

POSITION SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring all outbound fulfillment orders are accurately and efficiently shipped out each day to our customers while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. This team member will be picking, packing and shipping orders as well as performing general warehouse duties including warehouse cleanup. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow established picking and packaging procedures to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Verify order accuracy using shipping software, iPads, scanners, and computers.
• Package orders using appropriate materials, including boxes and poly mailers.
• Generate and apply shipping labels using the designated shipping system.
• Sort packages accurately by carrier and shipping method.
• Process returned inventory by scanning items and placing them back into correct bin locations.
• Meet or exceed established hourly productivity metrics while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
• May be asked to work in our retail storefront as business needs require.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist customers with questions while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Be comfortable communicating with customers in person and representing the company in a professional manner.
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to a team lead or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Assist in other departments as needed based on business demands, including during peak periods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and scanning.
