Job summary

Radial Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our fulfillment center team. This general labor role reports to the Fulfillment Center Supervisor and involves maintaining inventory records, performing cycle counts, handling client VAS, and ensuring quality control.

You will document work, support audits, and help improve processes. Qualifications include 1–2 years in warehousing, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal interaction and social skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Must adhere to facility requirements regarding handling of specific products and reporting illness.

Responsibilities

• Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.
• Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.
• Understand inventory knowledge to make sound decisions on order cancellations.
• Reconcile and report audit discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support and maintain the company quality management system and programs.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments daily per prescribed percentage.
• Perform routine value-added services based on client needs.
• Train new hires as needed.

RoleSummary: The Fulfillment Specialist position in a fulfillment center is a general labor position that reports to a Fulfillment Center Supervisor and/or Manager. Responsibilities include all vendor compliance duties including answering email dispositions, maintaining T-SKU logs, and working client VAS.

Responsibilities

• Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.
• Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.

• Proactivelyseek outimprovements in processes.

• Responsible for auditing no less than the prescribed percentage of inbound and outbound shipments daily.
• Work overtime asdeemednecessary by management.
• Assistin the daily sanitation of assignedareatoinsurean efficient, safe andhazard freeproduction environment.
• Assistother members of the FCteam,in any way possible, asdeterminedby FC management and supervisors.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct,safety,and security.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and changes in procedures.
• Ability to decipher process of mis-ships to clients.

• Use functions of the RF Android for the purpose ofputaway, replenishment, picking, and sorting functions.
• Inductproduct intosortationprocessof the tilt tray sorter and PTL.
• Identifyproperpackage type forpackingprocess. Corrugate or bags based on client specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines when workingaround conveyororpick carts.
• Loading trucks by hand, using conveyance, pallet jacks or PIT asrequired
• Perform routine value-added services based upon client.
• Cross-trainingon otherclientand fulfillment processes.
• Training new hires as needed.
• Working as directed by lead or supervisors.
• May berequiredto perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

This includes personal hygiene standards, such as frequent hand washing, the storage of lunches / personal items, food in the work area and the wearing of clothes that are free from soil contaminants and holes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods oftime.
• Good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety
• Manhattan WMS experience preferred.
• Mustbe able to lift 50 lbs.
