What You’ll Do As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll be part of our team located in Hampstead, MD. You’ll get to: Serve as lead for literature inventory management Assign, maintain and report literature/merchandising components Analyze low/zero inventory items and communicate foreseeable issues with key stakeholders in brand & channel Provide process improvements to help alleviate future backorders/excess inventory Support Print On Demand (POD) process with Shared Services Team and Ricoh, third party print vendor. Designate and maintain inventory name records for POD requests Ensure brand teams have details to upload graphics successfully into Webprint Monitor order issues and help resolve concerns in a timely manner Assist Commercial Operations Manager with the management of the Commercial VOX Merchandising Program Prepare, document and communicate qualified orders for commercial reps Maintain backorders to ensure all future shipments are completed once inventory is received Report current inventory levels and issues to Ops Manager and key stakeholders at supplier Provide feedback to verify correct components are shipped to complete store reset properly Oversee International shipments Participate in corporate trainings to maintain compliance with current export standards to prevent any fines or restrictions and will communicate customs documentation to Global Compliance Teams to ensure ease of receipt into country of import.
