Saltbox Farmers Branch is seeking an experienced, high-energy Fulfillment Specialist who can manage a fast-paced, high-volume workflow. You will execute the complete fulfillment process—from locating inventory and picking orders to packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup.

Because Saltbox supports multiple businesses with different products and fulfillment requirements, this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, ownership, and communication.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on fulfillment or order-processing experience.
• Experience managing the full fulfillment lifecycle across multiple orders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliable availability Monday through Friday in the assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete pick-and-pack process for multiple Saltbox members.
• Locate and accurately pick products based on order details and SOPs.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Learn and follow different workflows, products, and shipping requirements for each member.
• Monitor order queues and prioritize work based on volume and deadlines.
• Identify inventory discrepancies or process concerns and communicate them promptly.
• Maintain organized fulfillment workspaces and inventory areas.
• Work independently while communicating effectively with members and the Saltbox team.
• Support additional operational and member-service needs as required.

This individual will be responsible for executing the complete fulfillment process—from locating inventory and accurately picking orders to packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup.

Because Saltbox supports multiple businesses with different products and fulfillment requirements, this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, ownership, and communication.

The Role Consists of general day-to-day building operations and acting as a member of our Elastic Workforce (eForce). The eForce assists Members with a variety of tasks that will vary by member, industry and season. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the complete pick-and-pack process for multiple Saltbox members.
• Locate and accurately pick products based on order details and member-specific SOPs.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Learn and follow different workflows, products, and shipping requirements for each member.
• Monitor order queues and prioritize work based on volume and shipping deadlines.
• Identify inventory discrepancies or process concerns and communicate them promptly.
• Maintain organized fulfillment workspaces and inventory areas.
• Work independently while communicating effectively with members and the Saltbox team.
• Support additional operational and member-service needs as required.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on fulfillment or order-processing experience.
• Experience managing the full fulfillment lifecycle rather than performing only one step in a highly automated process.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of initiative and the ability to work independently without constant direction.
• Ability to adapt quickly when priorities or order volume change.
• Reliable availability Monday through Friday during the required schedule.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate has fulfilled customer orders for a retailer, e-commerce business, small distribution operation, or similar environment where they were personally responsible for locating products and completing the entire pick, pack, label, and shipping process.

Experience limited to highly automated or single-function fulfillment environments, including roles where employees perform only one repetitive step of the process, may not provide the end-to-end experience needed for this position.
