Overhaul is seeking an Entry-level Fulfillment Specialist in Austin to manage the fulfillment process, including vendor orders, outbound shipping, inbound receiving, and international logistics scheduling. You will help with quality assurance and inventory for direct and indirect materials, requiring meticulous attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

This role is entry-level with flexible hours outside a standard 9–5 schedule, and positions are available as full-time and seasonal.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with 0-2 years in supply chain, warehousing or fulfillment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong planning and attention to detail required.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

The Role

A Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the fulfillment process, including handling vendor orders and interactions, managing all outbound shipping and inbound receiving requirements, scheduling international logistics and transportation, facilitating quality assurance, and maintaining appropriate inventory for direct and indirect materials for fulfillment operations. Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. It is also an essential function of this job that they have the adequate ability to successfully load and unload shipping boxes.

This is an entry level position. Hours may vary outside of a nine to five schedule.

We are hiring for both full time and seasonal positions!

Duties Include, but Will Not be Limited to:

• Collaborate with team members to review and organize incoming delivery and outgoing shipment needs
• Track documentations for customerorders, and maintain ERP data for inventory and order processing
• Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory level
• Regularly check, plan, and place orders with suppliers as needed
• Maintain appropriate contact with suppliers and receivers to resolve any issues with shipments within a timely manner
• Adhere to any protocols and SoPs related to fulfillment operations and quality assurance, as well as inventory management processes

Ideal Requirements:

• Fundamental knowledge or1-2 years'experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing and/or Fulfillment
• Excellent organizationalskills, priorities management,andfocus to complete tasks
• Self-motivated, flexible, committed to follow through and can work well under pressure with associated deadlines
• Has strong logistical skills, planning skills, and an eye for detail
• Fluency in Mandarin and English Required
