You will work closely with production and customer service to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include verifying orders, operating shipping software, and assisting with kitting and fulfillment projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy against work orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Package printed materials and products according to customer specifications and carrier requirements.
• Operate shipping software and generate shipping labels for common parcel and freight carriers.
• Palletize, wrap, and stage shipments for carrier pickup.
• Assist with kitting, assembly, and fulfillment projects for promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer and company standards.
