Job summary

Foster Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping Clerk on 1st shift to pull and pack parts from inventory to fulfill customer orders in Springfield, MO. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with duties including packing, bagging, and restocking as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand 8 hours, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. ISO basic skills may be required, and familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass Basic Skills test as required by ISO.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours each day.
• Ability and willing to lift 10-50 lbs routinely and 70 lbs occasionally with frequent bending.
• Read and write English, follow verbal and written instructions and use simple math.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Knowledge of UPS/FedEx shipping software is desirable.
