Job summary

Koscom Networks is seeking a motivated Fulfillment Residential Supervisor to oversee residential telecommunications service installations. You will lead crews performing fiber and cable installations for residential customers, from terminal to customer premises equipment, ensuring reliable connectivity and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing schedules, and coaching on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a residential telecom, cable, or broadband installation environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cable/fiber installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with hand tools and telecom equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians performing basic to advanced fiber and cable installations including ONT placements, modem/router configuration, and TV equipment setup.
• Oversee service upgrades, downgrades, and disconnections to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Serve as the escalation point for troubleshooting and repair of service issues from fiber terminal to customer devices.
• Manage daily crew schedules, route assignments, and work order queues to maximize productivity.
• Conduct in-field quality audits and coaching to uphold installation standards.
• Track daily production metrics and report to operations management.
• Train and mentor technicians on technical standards, customer interaction, and safety.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of cable/fiber installation and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Proficient with hand tools and telecom equipment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Valid SSN and authorization to work in the U.S.
