Macy’s is hiring a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations by receiving, organizing, and fulfilling merchandise, including curbside orders. You will help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently, while greeting customers and resolving issues with care.

Full-time colleagues are scheduled 30+ hours per week; weekend shifts are required. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer focus to drive store performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Able to meet daily sales goal challenges.

Responsabilités

• Receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, and process trailers.
• Retrieve orders from back-of-house storage and deliver curbside to customers.
• Monitor Ready on Time (BOPS) alerts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization for smooth operations and strong results.
• Support customers with warm, personal interactions on the floor and curbside.
