Macy’s Inc. is hiring for a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations and keep inventory accurate. You will receive, tag, and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, and retrieve items from the back-of-house to fulfill curbside requests with care.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.

• Able to meet daily sales goals.
• People-oriented with teamwork and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise in stockrooms.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders for customer curbside pickup.
• Monitor Ready on Time alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready.
• Support store operations to keep stockroom and sales floor running smoothly.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and resolve issues.
