Macy’s is seeking a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll handle receiving, tagging, stockroom organization, and curbside delivery, while assisting customers on the floor and at pickup points.

Responsabilités

• Assist receiving merchandise, tagging items, organizing the stockroom and preparing shipments for curbside delivery.
• Greet customers, listen to needs, resolve issues, and support curbside pickups and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling floor and stockroom, restock merchandise, and assist with merchandise moves.
• Support teamwork and collaboration to deliver excellent customer service and store performance.
• Strive to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall store results.
