Macy's is hiring a Receiving Colleague to support store operations, inventory accuracy, and curbside order fulfillment. You will help receive and organize merchandise, greet customers, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience across the stockroom and sales floor.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing stock to support store operations.
• Greet customers and resolve issues, delivering orders curbside with care.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization and assist with merchandise moves.
• Wrap up by organizing stockroom and preparing for the next day’s operations.
