Job summary

M Macy’s is seeking a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will handle receiving, tagging, stockroom organization, and curbside order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with a diverse team, aim to hit daily sales goals, and provide friendly, genuine hospitality to customers on the floor and behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the floor and at curbside pickups, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stockroom for smooth operations.
• Prepare store for daily success by receiving merchandise, tagging items, and restocking.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
